The Philadelphia American Institute of Architects (AIA)’s Context magazine featured the promising social impact of the Equal Justice Center (EJC).

Context highlighted the role of social impact in the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (PRA)’s selection process for the development of 800-30 Vine Street. PRA ultimately decided between two proposals—and winning developers Pennrose and WRT accredit the success of their bid to the EJC.

Thoai Ngyuen, leader of a Southeast Asian advocacy group, echoed their sentiment, saying “The tie breaker for me is the Equal Justice Center. In the next four years, and perhaps the next eight, our communities are going to be under attack. The Equal Justice Center to me is a no brainer.”
